This leads to vacant assignments, untrained and overworked security officers, and payroll and billing oversights. In short, poor support services equal poor service.

JBM Patrol & Protection Corp. has established systems and a standard of excellence for all support service areas. Custom designed computer scheduling, payroll and billing systems are integrated to ensure reliability and timely payments. Invoices are methodically matched to work schedules, check-in logs and payroll to ensure accuracy. All this information is available to the JBM Patrol & Protection Corp. client at any time upon request.

Management and supervisory development

Each year, JBM Patrol & Protection Corp. supervisors must attend 24 hours of in-service training. These courses focus on the latest security issues and techniques as well as crises management, and skill development.

Insurance

We are insured by Everest National Insurance Company. We maintain all forms of required insurance including comprehensive liability and automobile coverage. Special coverage can be added for unique situations.

JBM Patrol & Protection also complies with all state and Worker’s Compensation laws. A certificate of insurance, which meets individual specifications, is provided to every client.
